Day 2 – Through your students’ eyes
Step into your learners’ shoes to understand what they really see, feel, and assume online.

Day 3 – Digital safety for all
Explore real-life challenges like burnout and cyberbullying – and start creating your digital safety net.

Day 4 – Teaching for wellbeing
Learn practical rituals and boundary-setting tools that support your mental health — and model balance for your students.

Day 5 – AI without anxiety
Demystify AI tools, try them out safely, and reflect on how to use them ethically and meaningfully in education.

Day 6 – Share your human tech story
Present your wellbeing vision, connect with fellow educators, and take home your own digital resilience plan.
