Dr Szilárd Malatyinszki

As a habilitated associate professor, I am a dedicated professional in the development of digital competencies and the application of innovative teaching methods, with more than twenty years of experience in higher education and research. Throughout my career, I have played a significant role as an educator, researcher, and institutional leader in the integration of digital pedagogy, e-learning, and information technologies into education.

Previously, I have held academic and leadership positions at several higher education institutions and have participated in both international and national research projects focusing on digital learning environments, competency development, and educational innovation. My professional experience also extends to education management, adult education, and the support of organizational learning, with particular attention to the challenges of digital transformation.

In my teaching practice, I place strong emphasis on practice-oriented skills development based on digital tools. My goal is to enable future professionals to apply technology confidently and creatively in their everyday work. I firmly believe that the development of digital competencies not only enhances the effectiveness of education but also contributes to the long-term sustainable development of society and the economy.
