Imagine waking up with a clear mind instead of reaching for your phone. Imagine a classroom where you—and your students—are fully present, undistracted by the buzzing in your pockets.
This 6-day Erasmus+ course empowers educators to combat Digital Burnout and build lasting Digital Resilience. Through self-reflection, psychological insights, and practical “life-hacks,” you’ll master the art of intentional living in a hyper-connected world.
By the end of the week, you’ll walk away not just with a “digital detox” plan, but with a renewed ability to focus, a healthier relationship with technology, and the skills to model these crucial habits for the next generation.
