This 6-day Erasmus+ course empowers educators to combat Digital Burnout and build lasting Digital Resilience. Through self-reflection, psychological insights, and practical “life-hacks,” you’ll master the art of intentional living in a hyper-connected world.

By the end of the week, you’ll walk away not just with a “digital detox” plan, but with a renewed ability to focus, a healthier relationship with technology, and the skills to model these crucial habits for the next generation.

Course Overview – 6 Days of Focus and Growth

Day 1 – The Wake-Up Call

Confront the reality of our digital habits.
Through guided exercises and curated media, we create a safe space to assess the impact of screens on your emotional health and motivation.

Day 2 – The Science of Habits

Dive into the psychology of dependency.
Understand how dopamine loops and attention cycles work, and start using monitoring tools to identify your personal triggers and patterns.

Day 3 – Designing Your Offline Life

Replace screen time with intentional living.
Brainstorm and develop a personalized “menu” of offline activities—from creative pursuits to mindfulness—that satisfy your needs better than a screen ever could.

Day 4 – Mastering Digital Minimalism

Turn your device into a tool, not a trap.
Learn concrete technical setups: news feed blockers, grayscale modes, and friction strategies to eliminate distractions and protect your focus.

Day 5 – Resilience & Future Steps

Step out of your comfort zone.
We explore how to use AI to support healthy habits and synthesize the week’s lessons into a personal action plan for you and your students.

Day 6 – Future use in classroom

Plan how to adapt digital well-being strategies to your own classroom.

Training + Experience Program:

  • This package includes all the parameters of the basic package and
  • in addition, provides accommodation for 6 nights in a 3-star hotel in twin rooms,
