Zita Szalai

My name is Zita Szalai and I am the Director of Foundation for Youth Awerness. I am deeply committed to strengthening young people’s community engagement and social responsibility. I have several years of experience in project management, youth programme implementation and international partnerships. I have been involved in the implementation of numerous Erasmus+ projects in both the youth and adult education sectors. I actively contribute to the preparation and delivery of international youth exchanges, training courses, study visits and long term cooperation partnerships, as well as to the coordination of adult learning programmes. In my work, I place strong emphasis on integrating non-formal education methods, lifelong learning and intercultural learning.

I believe that well-implemented projects can create long-term, meaningful social impact, whether through the development of young people, the competence building of adults or the strengthening of communities.
