Sándor Szokolai

For me, a well-organized event or education is like providing a service. The more satisfied the students are, the more joy the work brings me.

I have more than a decade of professional experience in the financial and operational management of non-profit and project-based organizations, playing a key role in coordinating events, training and international cooperation – especially within the civil sector and Erasmus+ programs.

I have a degree in agricultural engineering and economics, complemented by qualifications in adult education and community development, which provide a solid foundation for my work in planning, organizing and precise implementation of complex initiatives.

Thanks to my outstanding organizational skills and strategic thinking, I am able to manage the entire life cycle of projects – from application writing and implementation to professional and financial reporting. I have significant experience in coordinating international partnerships, organizing trainings, developing educational materials and leading digital education projects.

I currently work for several organizations as a project manager, financial coordinator and adult education consultant. I always focus on achieving the set goals in an efficient, transparent and creative way. I am a passionate believer in the power of good planning – because I believe that with the right structure, any initiative can be successful.
