I have always believed that learning has meaning and purpose – it does not just give you paper, but a real opportunity for development.
As an economist, teacher and adult education expert, I have been working for over 20 years to ensure that training courses are not a set of theoretical materials, but rather provide practical knowledge for everyone who participates in them.
As the Legal and Marketing Manager at the FutureSkill Project and the Coordinator of the Békéscsaba Training Site, my goal is to ensure that all our training courses are inspiring, up-to-date and truly value-creating. I love seeing participants realize that learning is not a mandatory task, but a tool to take a new direction in their lives – both professionally and personally.
Adult education is not just a job for me, it is a passion. In recent years, I have developed countless programs that have helped make learning an experience, not an obligation. I believe that if we present knowledge well, if we can connect with participants, then anyone can develop and be successful.
At FutureSkill, I work every day to ensure that our training courses provide a fresh perspective, momentum and self-confidence – because the future belongs to those who are willing to learn, change and rediscover themselves.
