I’ve always believed that learning is most powerful when it’s an experience, a connection, and a discovery all at once. For over twenty years, I’ve worked in education—as a teacher, trainer, head of an educational center, and as a professional lead on Erasmus+ projects. Beyond designing and leading our own training portfolio, I’ve had the opportunity to take on many different roles—and each has enriched my perspective.
Over the years, I’ve worked in traditional school settings, in adult education, and in alternative learning communities—including as part of a Waldorf school team. That experience deepened my sensitivity to different perspectives, taught me to value diversity, and reinforced my belief that learner-centeredness isn’t a method—it’s a mindset.
Curriculum development is not just a professional task for me—it’s a way to bring learning closer to real life. I believe great educational content doesn’t just transfer knowledge; it develops thinking, communication, and self-awareness. I design learning materials that encourage students to engage, create, and connect. I want learning to be something they live through, not just study.
I’m passionate about discovering new training themes and creating learning experiences that are inspiring, practical, and joyful. I believe in the power of creativity—and that by supporting and empowering educators, we’re shaping the future itself.
