This Privacy Policy outlines how the Dél-Alföldi Teleházak Egyesület (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our” or “the Association”) collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of participants who travel to Hungary under the Future Skill Project funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

 

2. Data Controller

The Dél-Alföldi Teleházak Egyesület is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data related to the Future Skill Project activities conducted in Hungary.

  • Identification data: Full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, mother”s name
  • Contact information: residential adrress, Email address, phone number,
  • Travel and logistical information: Travel dates, accommodation details, dietary or medical information (if provided voluntarily).
  • Educational and professional data: education, CV, motivation letter, skills profile, previous Erasmus+ participation (if relevant).
  • Photographs and video recordings: For project documentation, reporting, and dissemination activities (with prior consent).
  • Health-related information (special categories): Only when necessary and with
  • explicit consent, e.g., allergies, disabilities, or other relevant medical conditions.

 

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (i.e., participation in the Erasmus+ project).
  • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – processing is necessary for compliance with legal obligations (e.g., reporting to Erasmus+ National Agency).
  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – based on your informed consent (for optional data, such as photos or special needs).
