An Erasmus+ teacher training course on video storytelling in education
Concept by László Várdai
What if a single movement could say more than a hundred slides?
And what if a 30-second video you create could spark more curiosity than a textbook ever could?
Teach Through Motion is a 6-day Erasmus+ training course for educators who want to connect with learners through creative, emotional, and visual expression. No studio, no fancy gear — just a phone, your voice, and a purpose.
You’ll explore how movement, metaphor, rhythm, and voice can shape unforgettable educational messages – and how to turn short videos into a powerful tool for engagement, reflection, and growth.
All in the inspiring backdrop of Budapest, Szeged, or Békéscsaba.
For teachers who believe learning is more than instruction.
For educators who want to feel what their students feel — and share messages that stay with them.
For those who want to use short videos to ignite curiosity, not just explain.
Ideal for:
No video editing experience required — just your phone and an open mind.
Language: English (Hungarian and Serbian support on request)
Locations: Budapest, Szeged, Békéscsaba – Hungary

Day 1 – Move to Create
You receive a thought-provoking quote and turn it into a gesture. Your partner films you. Suddenly, learning begins with the body, not the keyboard.
Day 2 – Capture Meaning Outdoors
Your team chooses an abstract idea (like balance or silence) and records real-world clips that represent it — no editing, just awareness and intention.
Day 3 – Edit with Purpose
You edit your clips using simple tools. Music, rhythm, transitions — you shape a feeling, not just a timeline.
Day 4 – Find Your Voice
You reflect. You record a personal narration. You add your voice to your video and discover what changes — in you and in the message.
Day 5 – Make Learning Feel Real
Design a short video to spark a question, an emotion, or a conversation in your students. Share, receive feedback, and fine-tune.
Day 6 – Premiere & Reflect
Celebrate your journey in a mini screening. Build a shared portfolio and leave with tools, insight, and a video that’s uniquely yours.
Teaching doesn’t just happen on screens. It happens in motion. In voice. In story.
Join us in Hungary — and let your teaching speak with more than words.
